Welcome to Go Fast Luxury Car Rental LLC ("GoFastLCR," "Go Fast LCR," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, booking platform, rental services, SMS communications, and vehicle rental experiences.

By using our website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, booking a vehicle, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Bookings

You must meet all rental eligibility requirements before renting or operating any GoFastLCR vehicle.

To book a self-drive rental, you may be required to provide:

A valid government-issued driver's license
Proof of age
Valid full-coverage auto insurance
A valid payment method
A security deposit or card on file
A signed rental agreement
Any additional documents required for approval

We reserve the right to verify your identity, driver's license, insurance, driving eligibility, and payment information before confirming or releasing any vehicle.

Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or starting a reservation does not guarantee approval or vehicle availability.

2. Required Documentation

A valid government-issued driver's license and any required insurance documents must be submitted before your rental is approved or the vehicle is released.

Failure to provide required documentation may result in reservation delay, denial, cancellation, or loss of eligibility to rent.

Documents must match the renter and approved driver. Unauthorized drivers are not allowed.

3. Insurance Requirements

Customers may be required to provide proof of active full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles.

Insurance requirements may vary by vehicle. Exotic, luxury, EV, partner, or limited-availability vehicles may require additional approval.

GoFastLCR may deny, delay, or cancel a rental if acceptable insurance is not verified before pickup.

GoFastLCR is not responsible for claims denied by a customer's insurance provider.

4. Payments, Deposits, and Fees

All required payments, deposits, fees, and charges must be paid according to the terms shown during booking or in the rental agreement.

Additional charges may apply for:

Late returns
Extra mileage
Fuel or EV charging
Cleaning
Tolls
Parking tickets
Traffic violations
Damage
Lost keys
Towing
Recovery fees
Unauthorized use
Airport delivery
Additional drivers
Policy violations

You authorize GoFastLCR to charge the payment method on file for any amounts owed under your reservation or rental agreement.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the reservation type, vehicle, timing, and rental agreement terms.

Once a reservation is confirmed, payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise approved by GoFastLCR in writing.

Failure to submit required documents, verify insurance, complete payment, or meet eligibility requirements may result in cancellation.

6. Grace Period & No-Show Policy

Customers are granted a 1-hour grace period after their scheduled pickup time.

During this grace period, the reservation will remain active, and our team will attempt to contact the customer by phone, text message, and email.

If the customer has not arrived or contacted us within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time, the reservation will automatically be marked as a No-Show.

No-Shows are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or event are non-refundable.
Once a reservation is marked as a No-Show, the vehicle may be released and made available for other customers.

7. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibility

Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition in which they were released, except for normal use.

Customers are responsible for damage, excessive wear, missing items, cleaning issues, fuel or charging shortages, tickets, tolls, towing, impound fees, and any violation of the rental agreement.

Any damage, misuse, reckless driving, unauthorized use, or policy violation may result in repair charges, penalty fees, loss of deposit, insurance claim submission, legal action, or permanent ban from future rentals.

8. Safety and Conduct

All renters, approved drivers, and passengers must follow all safety rules, laws, staff instructions, and rental agreement terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Excessive speeding
Racing
Drifting
Burnouts
Donuts
Stunts
Aggressive driving
Negligent driving
Off-road driving
Driving under the influence
Letting unauthorized drivers operate the vehicle
Leaving approved driving areas without permission
Using the vehicle for rideshare, delivery, or unauthorized commercial use
Using the vehicle for illegal activity

GoFastLCR reserves the right to terminate a rental immediately if unsafe, reckless, illegal, or prohibited behavior is detected.

9. GPS Monitoring and Driving Behavior

All GoFastLCR vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking, telematics, dash technology, or vehicle monitoring systems.

These systems may record or monitor:

Real-time vehicle location
Speed
Acceleration
Harsh braking
Erratic driving
Reckless driving behavior
Attempted stunts
Burnouts
Donuts
Drifting
Geofence violations
Unauthorized travel
Theft, non-return, or misuse

This monitoring helps protect customers, vehicles, the business, and the public. Tracking data may be used for safety, vehicle recovery, damage claims, insurance claims, fraud prevention, rental agreement enforcement, and legal compliance.

By renting, driving, or riding in a GoFastLCR vehicle, you acknowledge and consent to GPS tracking and vehicle monitoring.

10. Local Laws and Regulations

Customers are responsible for following all federal, state, county, and local laws while using any GoFastLCR vehicle.

Customers are also responsible for any citations, fines, tolls, parking violations, impound fees, or legal penalties incurred during the rental period.

11. SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Go Fast Luxury Car Rental LLC.

Messages may include:

Reservation confirmations
Rental quote follow-ups
Booking reminders
Pickup and return coordination
Airport delivery coordination
Insurance verification reminders
Payment or security deposit reminders
Customer support communications
Service-related updates
Promotional offers or discounts only if you separately consent to marketing messages

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to rent from us or submit an inquiry.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
